- The guides, the chakra test, the Glow Meter and the 7-day chakra challenge are all free. The other courses are paid once, in USD, and you keep them forever.
- What’s in a course?
- Short lessons with a breath pacer or practice timer built in, and practices that go on your Glow Meter. The first lesson of every course is free to try.
- Do I need yoga experience?
- Nope. Everything starts from zero and works on a chair or a cushion. If a practice needs more, the lesson says so.
- Refunds?
- If a course isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund it. Your access to that course ends when the refund goes through.
- How does the Glow Meter score?
- Each practice is worth 3, 5 or 8 points. Each of the five kinds (breath, move, meditate, sound, ritual) counts for 20 max, so the only way to 100 is a little of everything.
- Who sees my practices?
- Only you. If you share your Glow Meter, people see your score, level and first name. Never which practices or your notes.
- Who can make an account?
- Anyone 16 or older.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. These are spiritual and wellness practices, not treatment. If you’re pregnant, have a heart or blood pressure condition, epilepsy, or anything you’re worried about, check with your doctor first, and skip anything that makes you dizzy.
